2.       Wherever two  members were nominated for representing an Association, only  one of them has been taken on the PGC.

 

3.       Absence of any member from the trade (non-official) without prior intimation and permission from the Chairman for three consecutive PGC meetings is likely to entail loss of membership of the Committee. All members are, therefore, requested to kindly make it convenient to attend all meetings so that deliberations in the meetings are useful and the desired results are achieved with the co-operation of all the members.
