TRADE NOTICE NO. 22 A/2005 Sub: Right to Information Act, 2005 – Implementation – reg. Attention of the Trade , Industry and General Public is invited to the Right to Information Act, 2005. In compliance with the provisions of clause (xi) of sub-section (1)(b) of Section 4 of the said Act, the information as to the budget allocation and details of the disbursements made, i.e. the actual expenditure incurred, budget-headwise for the half-year ending 30.09.2005 are published as per the statement enclosed.
