TRADE NOTICE NO.9 /2006 Sub: Right to Information Act, 2005- Implementation –Reg Attention of the trade and industry is invited to this office trade notice nos.17/05 dated 31.08.05, 18/05 dated 27.09.05, 23/05 dated 02.12.05 and 07/06 dated 01.08.06 issued in compliance of the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. In the said trade notices, wherever the name “K.K. Sood” appears, the same should be read as “K.K.Girdhar”. This change is necessitated due to transfer of Sh. K.K.Sood, Asstt. Commissioner from Central Excise Division-IV, 12, Deep Sikha Building, Rajendra Place, New Delhi and joining of Sh. K.K.Girdhar, Asstt. Commissioner in his place.
