It is brought to the notice of all concerned that in the Central Excise Valuation (Determination of Price of Excisable Goods),Rules,2000 in Rule 8, for the words " One hundred and fifteen percent" the words "One hundred and ten percent" have been substituted vide Notification No. 60/2003-CE(NT) dated 5.8.2003.
All the Trade Associations are requested to give wide publicity to the contents of this Trade Notice amongst
