TRADE NOTICE NO. 4/2003

 

 

All concerned are hereby informed that in order to assist and guide the trade and industry to comply with the provisions of the law being implemented by the Customs & Central Excise Department, this Commissionerate has formed a Tax Payers Assistance Unit.  The tax Payer Assistance Unit shall be manned by Sh. Mangal Singh, Superintendent and I.K. Tewari, inspector of the Central Excise Commissionerate Delhi-II during 0930 to 1800 hours on all working days and will be located at the following address :

 

GROUND FLOOR,

C.R. BUILDING, I.P. ESTATE,

NEW DELHI

 

                  The officers manning the Tax Payers Assistance Unit would help and guide the trade to approach relevant office and also answer  the procedural/legal queries.  The Tax Payers Assistance Unit is functional with effect from 12/3/2003.

 

          All Trade, Industry & Associations are advised to bring the above to the notice of their members.
