TRADE NOTICE NO. 9/2003

          In exercise of the powers conferred by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi by Circular No. 579/16/2001-CX, dated 26/6/2001 issued under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of the Central Excise (No. 2) Rules, 2001, I hereby declare Madanpur Khadar Opposite Kalindi Kunj, New Delhi 110044 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi to be a warehousing place for the purpose of registration of warehouses under Rule 9 of the Central Excise (No. 2) Rules, 2001.
