TENDER NOTICE

I.          Sealed quotation is invited for the sale of old/used & condemned office furniture, Electrical Items and Office Equipment.

 II.         The details of goods, terms & conditions are available at this office website at “http:central excise delhi.nic.in/delhi4” and this Office Notice Board.

 III        The goods can be examined in the office premises between 12.00 P.M. to 2.00 P.M. from 13.09.2007 to 21.09.2007.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE QUOTATION

 1.         The goods are sold on  As & Where basis.

 2.         Bid is for each category of goods.  Bidder has to lift all items of one category lot.  No purchase of single item is allowed.

 3.         The details of goods are annexed.

 4.         The bidder has to deposit earnest money draft of Rs.1,000/- payable in the name of Commissioner, Central Excise, Delhi-IV alongwith bid,  the same will be return after the opening of bid.

 5.         The goods can be examined in office between 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM. from 13.09.2007 to 21.09.2007.

 6.         Last date for sending sealed quotations is 24.09.2007.  All bids will open on 25.09.2007 at 4.00PM.  The successful bidder has to pay the full amount within 7 days from the date of communication of successful bid and the goods should be lifted with in 7 days after paying the whole amount.

 7.         This office reserves the right to cancel any quotation without assigning any reason.

 8.         The office reserves the right to settle all dispute i.e. amendement/modify the bid without assigning any reason.

 9.         In case of any dispute, the decision of this office will be final.
