The concerned citizens can obtain information from

(i) CE Help Centre for Small Sector / Service Providers / Importers / Exporters. The Centre is working at FSIA Office opposite Plot No. 23, Sector 24, Faridabad from 11.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs on all working days except holidays and Saturdays, Sundays.

(ii) Control Room at the office of the Commissioner, New CGO Complex, NH-IV, Faridabad.

Attention of the trade, Industry and General Public is invited to the Public Notice No. 7/2005 issued by this Commissionerate vide C. No. IV (16) 133 / Tech/DL- IV/2005/ 7057-7092 dated 2.09.2005 publishing information under section 4(1)(b) IX,X,XI and XV

of the Right to Information Act, 2005. After the issue of the above said Public Notice, certain transfers in the ranks of Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner have taken place. The relevant entries in the said Public Notice No. 7/2005 are accordingly amended to read as given below.

In Part A Directory of officers in place of Smt Rasheda Hussain, Commissioner and B. S. Nirwan, Assistant Commissioner, the name of Shri K. K. Jha, Commissioner and Smt Rita K. Singh, Assistant Commissioner, shall be substituted.

Under Para D the name of CPIO shall be read as Shri K. K. Jha, Commissioner instead of Smt. Rasheda Hussain, Commissioner. Further in the name of CAPIO instead of Sh. B. S. Nirwan, Assistant Commissioner Smt. Rita K. Singh, Assistant Commissioner shall be read.
