SERVICE TAX

Jurisdiction of Central Excise Commissionerate, Delhi-IV, Faridabad extends to whole of the Distt. Faridabad, in the State of Haryana. The work related to Central Excise is divided among 5 Central Excise Division geographically. The entire work related to Customs including 100% EOUs is being looked after by the Division IV in addition to its Central Excise work. The work of Service Tax related to the whole Commissionerate is being dealt by the Division-VI (Service Tax). Details of the Jurisdiction of the Divisions and its Ranges are as follows: -

DIVISION- I

This Division has jurisdiction over area to the west of Mathura Road starting from Delhi- Faridabad border in the north, running along Mathura Road up to Badkal Fly over crossing in the south. The southern border runs along the road from Badkal Flyover crossing of Mathura Road up to Western Periphery Road No. V-I. On the west side the boundary is the western periphery Road V-I right upto the Delhi Faridabad border. The jurisdiction of this Division also covers the area on the east side of Mathura Road, running from Delhi Faridabad border in the north up to the Bhuriya Nala on the south bounded by Gurgaon canal in the east.

RANGE-I

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the area of Sector 21-C Plot numbers 1 to 64 of Sector 27 A Sector 46 and Sector 47.

RANGE-II

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the area of Plot numbers 65 onward of Sector 27 A Sector 43, 44 and 45.

RANGE-III

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the area of Sector 36 and 37.

RANGE-IV

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the area of Sector 33, 34 and 35, Ashoka Enclave Sanajay Colony and Subhash Nagar.

RANGE-V

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the area of Sector 27C, 27D, 38, 39, 41 and 42.

DIVISION II

The jurisdiction of this Division includes Sector 23 part of 24, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 56A, 57 and 58 and the villages of Kheri Gujran Sarupur, Samepur, Sikri, Softa, Gadpuri, Harphali. Harphala, Bhanakpur, Sikrona, Madalpur, Quareshipur, Nanagla, Gujra, Khandawali, Nangla Jogian, Nekpur, Kabulpur Nangar and Fatehpur Tagga. The northern border of this Division is the road starting from Mujessar railway crossing and then separating Sectors 22 from 23 further separating Sectors 50 and 51 from 52 up to the western periphery road V-I The said boundary runs southward along the western periphery road V-I until it meets the Ballabhgarh Sohna road and then northwest along the said road up to the Gurgaon border. The eastern border is Mathura road starting from Hodal border up to Ballabhgarh railway flyover and then running along the railway line upto Mujessar Railway crossing. The western side of the border(including the southern boundary) runs along the Faridabad district border upto the Hodal crossing on Mathura road.

RANGE-VI

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Sector 23, Plot Nos. 131 to 233, 260, 261 to 270 of Sector 52, including Sanajay Colony.

RANGE-VII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot Nos. 147 to 180 of Sector 25,Sector 58 and the area on the west side of Mathura Road from M/s Elson Cotton to Hodal Kosi border including rural area upto the Gurgaon canal and Gurgaon Faridabad border.

RANGE-VIII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot Nos. 76 to 146 of Sector 25 including Hyderabad Industries, Sectors 53, 54, 55, 56, 56A, 57 Rajiv Colony, Village Ranchera and the rural area between the Gurgaon canal and the Ballabgarh, Pali -Sohna road up to the Gurgaon border.

RANGE-IX

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot Nos. 1 to 75 of Sector 25 Plot Nos. 234 to 259 and 262 P of Sector 24.

RANGE-X

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot Nos. 99 to 130 and 271 to 397 of Sector 24.

DIVISION -III

The jurisdiction of this Division includes Sectors 5, 20B . 22 part of Sector 24, 26, 49, 50 and 5, New Industrial Township (NIT), neighborhood of 1,2,3 and Mujessaar, Anqndpur. Surajkund, Ankhir, Badhkal, Bhakhri and Bajri Villages. The boundary of the Division follows western periphery Road V-I starting from Faridabad-Delhi Border upto seprating Sector 48 from 49, continuing along the boundary of neighborhood 4 upto B.K. Hospital then the road from B,.K. Hospital upto Mathura Road via Neelam Flyover and further along Mathura Road upto Ballabhgarh Railway Flyover, The border then runs along the railway line upto Mujessar railway crossing and thereafter along the road separating Sector 22 from 23 further separating 50 and 51 from 52 upto western periphery road V-I and then along with Ballabhgarh &endash; Sohna Road upto Faridabad border finally along the Faridabad District border upto the Western periphery Road V-I.

RANGE-XI

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area of Sector 22, Plot No. 01 to 98 of Sector 24,Mujessar including Vishwakarma Industrial Complex and Azad Nagar.

RANGE-XII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area of New Industrial Town and the area bounded by Baba Kharak Singh Marg and the Road etween Dr. Ambedakar Chowk and Baba Deep Singh Ji Shaheed Chowk and the road form Deep Singh Ji Chowk yupto Rajendara Paper Mills.

RANGE-XIII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area of NH 3 Sector 49 to 51 and the area bounded by Faridabad Gurgaon Border ,Faridababd Delhi Border, the western Periphery road V-I and the Ballabhgarh -Sohna road This also includes the villages of Badhkal ,Ananagpur,Bhakhari Bajri, Ankhir and Surajkund.

RANG-XIV

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area Sector 20 B NH 1 and NH 2 New Township Ramnagar Krisshna Nagar Neelam Bata Colony,Bata Colony, Hardware colony.

RANGE-XV

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area Sector 5 and 26 including pocket I & II of Sanjay Memorial Industrial Estate.

DIVISION- IV

The jurisdiction of this Division over the area on the eastern side of Mathura Road starting from the crossing of Mathura Road with the road separating Sector 11 from 12 and upto the Hodal Border, running along Faridabad District boundary upto eastern side of Gurgaon Canal. The boundary then runs southwards along the Gurgaon Canal upto the road separating Sector 9 from Sector 13 and then along the road upto Mathura Road. The jurisdiction of this Division includes Sector 1 to 11, 60 to 90 and rural area east of Mathura Road including Rivajpur, Faridpur, Tajupur and the Tilpat firing Range.

The Division also looks after the working of all 100% EOUs and private bonded warehouses.

RANGE-XVI

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot no 1 to 30 of Sector 6 and Sector 9, 10 and 11.

RANGE-XVII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area east of Mathura Road from Ballabhgarh Railway Flyover upto Hodal &endash;Kosi Border and south of Ballabhgarh Tigaon Road excluding the area allotted to Range XX.

RANGE-XVIII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot No 31 to 50 and Plot Nos. 69 to 106 of Sector 6.

RANGE-XIX

The jurisdiction of this Range covers Plot Nos. 51 to 68 and 107 to 142, of Sector 6,Sector 7,8 and 72 to 91. The rural area of Division IV lying north of Ballabgarh-Tigaon Kurali road and east of Gurgaon Carnal is also included in this Range.

RANGE-XX

The jurisdiction of this Range covers areas of Sector 1 to 4 and Sectors 60 to 71

DIVISION -V

The jurisdiction of this Division over the area cast of Mathura Road starting from the road separating Sector 11 from Sector 12 upto Gurgaon Canal, then along the Gurgaon Canal upto Bhuriya Nala, further along the Bhuriya Nala upto Mathura Road finally along Mathura Road upto the road separating Sector 11 from 12.

This Division also has jurisdiction over the area to the west of Mathura Road from Badhkal Flyover to Neelam crossing , bounded by road connecting Badhkal flyover to Badhkal western periphery road V -I road separating Sector 48 from 49, the boundary of neighborhood IV upto B.K. Chowk to Mathura Road via Neelam flyover.

This Division covers area of Sector 12 to 15, 15A, 16, 16A, 17 to 20 21A, 21B, 21D, 28 to 32 and 48

RANGE-XXI

The jurisdiction of this Range covers area of Sectors 28 to 31.

RANGE- XXII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers DLF Industrial area in Sector 32 excluding the area covered under the jurisdiction of Range XXIV. The northern border of the Range is the road running from opposite Kapoor Lamp to pl ot no 26 ie M/s Bhogal and then via Plot no 1 upto Gurgaon canal. The southeren border is the boundary of Sectors 32 and 31. The western and eastern borders are Mathura Road and the Gurgaon canal respectively.

RANGE-XXIII

The jurisdiction of this Range covers areas of Sector 12 to 15, 15A, 16, 16A, 17, 18, 19.

RANGE-XXIV

The jurisdiction of this Range covers includes parts of Sector 32 and the area to the south of Bhuriya Nala in Sector 3. This Range is bounded by Bhuriya Nala, Gurgaon canal, Mathura road and the road from Kapoor lamps to Plot no 26 i.e. M/s Bhogal and then via Plot no 111 upto Gurgaon canal.

RANGE-XXV

The jurisdiction of this Range covers the entire area of Division V on the west of Mathura Road. This Range has jurisdiction over Sector 20 (Kharkana Bagh) NH 4,NH 5 Sector 20 A, 21A, 21B, 21D and Sector 48,New Gandhi Colony opposite railway station and Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Nagar.

DIVISION &endash; VI (SERVICE TAX)

This Division covers the whole area of the jurisdiction of the Central Excise Commissionerate, Delhi-IV, Faridabad in respect of Service Tax purpose. The work wise allocation is distributed in 5 Ranges.

RANGE-I

This Range has the control over the service providers in the field of Authorized Service Stations, C & F Agents, Architects, Custom House Agents, On-line information & Broadcasting, Event Management, Port Services, Cargo Handling, Steamer Agents, Interior Decorators, Advt. Agencies.

RANGE-II

This Range has the control over the service providers in the field of Rail Travel Agents, Charter Accountants, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary & Fashion Designers.

RANGE-III

This Range has the control over the service providers in the field of Consulting Engineers, Man Power Recruitment, Security Agency, Mandap Keeper, Dry Cleaner, Under Writers,

Broadcasting Service, Stock Brokers & Air Travel Agents.

RANGE-IV

This Range has the control over the service providers in the field of Rent-a-Cab, Tour Operators, Real Estate Agents, Management Consultants, Cable Operators Beauty Parlous, Marketing Research, Scientific & Tech. Services & Credit Rating.

RANGE-V

This Range has the control over the service providers in the field of Couriers, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Insurance Auxiliary, Auxiliary Services to Life Insurance, Photography, Telephone, Telex, Leased Circuit, Facsimile, Pagers, Video Tape & Sound Recorders & Telegraph.
