Sub: Setting up of Tax Clinics for small scale sector    

         manufacturers- reg.

 

All the members of trade and industry are hereby informed that     “Tax Clinic” for small scale sector manufacturers have been established under the charge of Deputy/Assistant Commissioner in each division of this Commissionerate to guide small scale manufacturers and to educate them about their legal responsibilities in the matter of excise laws and procedures.

 

The aforesaid Cells will start functioning with effect from 01.09.2003.

 

All the Trade Associations and Chamber of Commerce & Industries are requested to give wide publicity to the contents of the Trade Notice amongst their members.
