            As per Sub Rule (2) of Rule 12 of Central Excise Rules, 2002 Notified as on 01.11.2004, read with Notification No. 35/2004-CE(NT) dated 01.11.2004, according to which all the assessees, who paid Central Excise duty of Rs. One Crore or exceeding Rs. One Crore, from PLA in the previous financial year, i.e. 2003-04, were required to furnish an ‘Annual Financial Information Statement’ by 30.11.2004, as prescribed under Notification No. 36/2004-CE(NT) dated 01.11.2004, read with corrigendum dated 09.11.2004.

 

          Trade Associations are requested to give vide publicity of the contents of this Trade Notice amongst their members
