The Range will cover the area from Gugaon Canel to Railway Road, Bahadurgarh (right side of Delhi Rohtak Road) of Bahadurgarh Tehsil.

The jurisdiction of Range-III Panipat comprises of area starting from South side of Passina Khurd Road and south side of Dewana Road upto the Revenue Distt of Panipat towards Sonepat side of GT Road and in the East upto Jamna River and in the West upto Revenue Distt. Of Panipat towards Sonepat District.

The entire work relating to production and clearances of Motor spirit, and utilization of Cenvat Credit by the Refinery and area surrounded by Delhi Ambala Railway line in the east, branch of western Yamuna Canal in the West, Panipat revenue district in the north and Panipat Jind Railway line in the south.
